Association Reserves and our project manager, Chris Galey, did an excellent job on producing the reserve study for our HOA. The site inspection and information gathering from us was thorough, and our questions were always promptly answered.
The reserve study clearly showed the value, or cost to replace, the accumulated depreciation of the HOA's common element assets, as well as the funding plan for annual contributions to the replacement reserve that would be necessary to cover that cost without a prohibitive special assessment.
Association Reserves provided our board members access to its GURU software which enabled us to run alternative funding plans and see the risk of a special assessment or deferred replacement deteriorated assets.

The Association Reserves Team provided excellent training for HOA members (seminar, videos, etc.) to familiarize themselves with the Reserve Study process. They then completed a thorough on-site review of our assets, and provided a detailed report which will allow us to continue to improve our Reserves planning to fully meet future financial expenditures. The uPlanIt software they provide allows us to do "what-ifs" and to model our Reserves as asset replacement schedules change. We are very happy with their support.
