Silver Mountain Properties did not meet my expectations in managing our condo's in Carbondale CO. HOA Covenant enforcement was lacking and communication was dysfunctional. I felt they sided with tenants and not the property owners. Attached is a photo of work done by the direction of Silver Mountain properties to fix a water leak that plagued our building for years. Finally we got the money to fix it. Silver Mountain referred their contractor and the project went thousands over budget and after completion the new ceiling panels were damaged by the same water leak within weeks.

After 15 years of service, I'd like to personally thank Silver Mountain for their consistent, dedicated and professional work to help get our association up to par. Silver Mountain has taken care of our remote summer cabin for several years now. They've helped us with everything from opening/closing the cabin, repairing water lines, helping us find a roofing contractor and clearing fallen trees from our road. We feel very fortunate to have them take such great care of our property.

Live at the same spot and parked in the same spot for over five years now. Got a sticker and a business card glued to my windshield. I called the business card stating I was a resident and that I could not remove the sticker. The employee I called responded I was doing my job thats not my problem. A few days later after having my car professionally cleaned the stickers and glue would not come off. I called there office and not only again was told it wasn't there problem but was told by the gentlemen on the phone on a threatening manor that " I'd love to run into you on the property" clearly a threat. I've never in my life delt a more ignorant and unprofessional company. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!
