Hannah is an excellent coach and I would recommend her to anyone looking to get “unstuck” in their career and their mindset. She created a truly safe space where I didn’t have to be filtered which meant I could start processing how I actually feel quite quickly.
She’s got practical exercises that helped me discover things both with her and ij my own time. I had space to process and put things into my own context and then time to have her push me on my assumptions.
Hannah also just has GREAT energy. Even on my downer days, I really looked forward to our time together. First of all, Hannah is an amazing person to talk to. She listens intently and actually hears what you have to say and does a great job of reframing it all in a way that brings clarity. I looked forward to each of our sessions because each time, she helped me understand the reasons behind what I thought I wanted. In turn, it helped me realize what I really needed to do vs what I thought I needed. She was always gentle and I always felt comfortable to tell her what I wanted from our session.
