They have the worst customer service. I was told they were filing an appeal on my behalf and they never did, my guess is that the appeal would have taken more time than was worth it for them. They never contacted me that they were not going to file an appeal. So, I ended up getting a collection notice because of it. How unethical can you get!

UPDATE: Many months later I continue to be mislead by Paramount. I called my insurance company and they have no record of an appeal when they said they were appealed. They promised me a discount if the insurance company did not cover the cost and eventually reneged on that. I cannot believe this company is in business. They are very unethical.
