I'm just going to say that Glenwood no longer has the good vibe it did in 2010 and earlier. It really started to loose that special feel, I can't even imagine it now. Last time I was there was in 20' and I said I'd never come back after seeing the way it changed. Don't even get me started on the price of everything.

Las Palmas is awful! We came on vacation and were really looking forward to a good meal. We got far from that. The fajitas were over cooked, the chips were stale, we ordered "Cadillac" margaritas and got something far short of that. Our server Jackie was rude and eye rolled at us when I asked to speak to a manager. I've never been more disappointed in a restaurant. We travel a lot, and eat Mexican all over the country. Do not go here! It's a waste of your money. Tequilas Family Mexican Restaurant is a short walk, and much recommended.

As a Chamber of Commerce, you should take note. Our travel destinations are largely determined on good food. This restaurant is a black eye to your overall attraction.

I am a parent of a baseball team participating in a tournament in Glenwood Springs and Aspen. I’ve spent money at several restaurants in Glenwood Springs including Rocky Mountain Pizza Co who had this label posted in their window. I am horrified at how many of these businesses are treating us as we try to feed our players’ families. We are here for a week for the Triple Crown World Series and we are trying to enjoy our time together. We were literally told that we would not be served in the Rocky Mountain Pizza Co because we were too big of a party and we would take all their seats. I’m sorry, what does that matter if you have paying customers in your seats I’m appalled at the lack of service of the employees in these businesses. And why didn’t the tournament director prepare these businesses for the influx of visitors? I’m incredibly disappointed in the Rocky Mountain Pizza Co and the city of Glenwood Springs, Colorado.

Jackie at The Chamber has been awesome! We were visiting Glenwood Springs and had a really bad dining experience so I called the chamber and Jackie was so nice & helpful. After a horrible dining experience and very rude people at a local restaurant it was refreshing to have someone be so caring and nice!
