Carla and her staff did an amazing job getting my corporate taxes completed on time, even though I really dropped the ball and did not get them to her in a timely manner. I greatly appreciate that they had my back. They are quite a bit more competitive on their rates than others I have used in the past. I got a much more personal experience with Carla than with the other, much larger firm and that is important to me. It's how I run my business and I want that from people I work with. I highly recommend Hoover and Associates!!

Carla Hoover is excellent! When I had my first consultation visit, she spent a tremendous amount of time making sure I had all my questions answered. I was impressed! She is VERY thorough, precise, and detail oriented. She is very good about replying to my e-mails even when I ask crazy questions. She's very knowledgeable about the tax laws and with Quickbooks. We have been using Hoover & Associates for several years to prepare our tax returns. We have never had a question they couldn't answer. We struggled with the legal requirements of an inherited IRA distribution and when we met Carla for the first time, she answered in five minutes what no one else had been able to do for years. More recently, Dirk helped us with the tax implications of having kids who coach/referee and the self-employment tax implications.
