Ed Price is completely RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. He is UNPROFESSIONAL and does not want to do his job. I called to get a payment history for a paid in full account for a timeshare and this man told me that he can not provide that information. He told me to pull up my bank transactions instead. The problem with this is that anyone knows when you make a transaction via debt or credit card it just shows the transaction amount and to where. IT DOES NOT STATE WHAT THE TRANSACTION IS FOR! Considering this is a collections company they collect payments for medical bills, timeshares, etc. PROVIDING PROOF OF PAYMENTS TO A CUSTOMER SHOULD NOT BE THIS DIFFICULT. He has no PROBLEM going you an attitude instead of doing his job no matter how polite you are. Do not give this man the benefit of the doubt. If you have to communicate with him just know he has no problem disrespecting you. He is very ignorant to say the least. File a complaint and do not let it go. This is not the first time he has done this based off previous reviews. Also Mr. Daniels will not be of any help either. So ask to speak with someone other than these two.

I find it absolutely absurd that a grown man running a business can be so unbelievably disrespectful and unprofessional over such a small payment amount. Talks over you, doesnt let you get a sentence in, assuming peoples living positions and then acting like the victim and hanging up on you when you call them out on their disrespect and vile mouth. Whoever is running this company acts like a little boy. A child. I hope they dont speak to their mother’s, wives or any family for that matter, the way they speak to people on the phone. Shameful and pathetic truly.

Never thought I would actually give a debt collector a good review but I’ve actually really liked working with them. Only reason not a five star is when Casey Daniels (who handles my account) was out for the day once, I got a really rude person who treated me awful. Casey on the other hand has given me reminder calls every month which is super helpful and has always been accommodating. I’ve been working on paying off my school debt with them for a while and I’m almost done. I’m very appreciative of Casey for being the only debt collector in history that I’ve enjoyed communicating with.

Ed Price is one of the rudest, and most non-understanding individuals I have ever dealt with. Horrible people skills and just plain cruel. Demanded money for a medical bill that was a doctor's mistake. I had been dealing with it long before he started calling me. It has since been resolved solely from MY work with two different states Medicaid. It was a medical bill for my special needs son who was life flighted and a doctor's billing error caused the bill to be denied and sent to me. Ed didn’t care. Just goes to show that the love of money is the root of all evil. I pity anyone who has to deal with this man and this agency.

Very unprofessional. Bullies, disrespectful, condescending, vile etc... I am mortified that a supervisor and a manager would have such awful customer service. Casey Daniels should not be in customer service, he is a bully. And Ed Price tried to put words in my mouth. Terrible people. Paid off and I never ever have to deal with such low class again.

These are the rudest collect agents ever. A agent, I think named Casy Daniel's who handles my acct., from this company calls me multiple times weekly for a past due 2021 maintenance fee not paid to Granview Resort where we are owners. I advise each time I will forward the info to my husband, who pays the bills, the only one who works and that I am on disability. Today I advised the same caller I will forward the info to my husband and there should be a $100.00 check applied. He said it wasn't, so I tried to explain maybe they haven't received it yet,, I just s/w Grandview last week. He got very argumentative and was very rude. I advise I wasn't going to argue with him. He got ruder and ruder and said I'll just put it on your credit and hangup. I called back s/w a Rio to complain, he ask for my account. and he said no that's not it, what's your phone number, he got rude with me because I said you all are very rude and he hung up on me to. Called back spoke with a Linda to notate account.

Rudest person on the planet if you ask me. Even when I tried my best to bite my tongue so I could take care of business. Told him how was I supposed to foresee things happening and affecting me financially. Told him life happens. Didn’t get nothing but rude comments, he was so rude and then had the nerve to hang up on me.

Don't be bullied by a collection agency. Colorado and federal laws prevent collection agencies from excessively aggressive tactics, but you have to make them follow the law. Write the collection agency a letter and demand that they validate their claim that you owe them money. Make them identify purchases, transfers, interests, and fees they claim you owe. Demand the name of the original creditor and the original account number. Demand to see proof of their Colorado licenses and their Registered Agent. Notify them in writing that you want them to cease communications with you. If a debt collector threatens or intimidates you, write them a letter and tell them to stop. Keep a log of all the times they call you. If they don't stop, file a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General's office and the Federal Trade Commission. Contact an attorney. If you can't afford an attorney, contact a pro bono agency in your area. What they care about is the money and nothing but the money. Make it hard for them. Make them follow the law.
