I had the pleasure of meeting with Cheri Lefevre as a life coach for a few months. I contacted her during a time where I was dealing with a lot of anxiety about the future and feeling overwhelmed in trying to figure out what my next move would be. I was working two jobs and my husband and I were praying about when we would be able to start a family.

Working with Cheri really opened my eyes to some areas I had failed to set good boundaries for myself, and that was a lot of what caused my anxiety, and caused me to feel some resentment toward my husband and toward the life we had chosen during that season. Cheri helped me to find good balance in how I spent my time and was able to give me the words to communicate my needs to my husband in moments of anxiety and stress, and also helped me to find healthy ways to cope with anxiety. She prayed with me and encouraged me.

We also worked on a life map to help me have a clear vision for the future, and worked through journal writing as well to focus on the blessings that God has given me, and the things that I could control, rather than the things outside of my control. I am forever grateful for the opportunity to work with Cheri and for her brilliant counseling services. "

Cheri has walked with me through Various Seasons of my life! I honestly do not know how I would have navigated all of them without her! She helped me to find Peace at times I had none, Strength at times I had little and Truth when I could not see it. Cheri helped me to find myself amid each of them. I am eternally grateful for her encouragement, support, and friendship.
Don’t let the entire staircase overwhelm you. Just focus on that very first step.”
