This place is a joke. Charges you gor everything and nothing gets fixed when you send a request. Also they charge you another deposit when your lease is up. A whole new pet deposit and new everything. I've already paid this and was going to fo a month to month. Could never get any answers to come a fix stuff. Then watch out they will sign you up for auto pay with out your consent. This company is a rip off. When talking to yhe owner he had no idea the sprinler system was broke. Kim never told him about that. This place just is awful

PPMS is an amazing team! I ask them a lot of questions, and they always answer promptly, professionally, and kindly. Our rental property was so clean when we moved in, and it has been so easy to work with them throughout the whole process.

They were pretty understanding when I told them I needed to go month to month after my year lease was up, I needed to stay because I was having surgery the month before we would have had to move.
The only real issues was that I never got my garage door fixed and one time someone came to do a walk through and instead of asking me about issues she believed she found she just documented them. They accused me of having people live in my camper because she saw a extension cord but that extension cord was going to a battery charger on a vehicle. She tried to say we change the carpet in the house, though the carpet she saw was green - we were remodeling the camper, and that we switched a toilet out - also from the camper. She clearly would have known there was never green carpet in that house and that a tiny camper potty would have never been in that house, but after speaking to someone else she completely understood and even explained that the lady who did the walk through was new at that stuff. They did have a high turnover rate as far as people who answer the phone so things didn’t always get taken care of when reported but they helped keep a roof over our heads after my surgery by allowing us to go month to month- they did raise rent by $200 to do so. They were never ever rude. We haven’t done the final walk through since I’ve moved but I will update once we hear about that. It was a good experience so far and I’d rent from them again as of now.

Kim Martin has been nothing short of fantastic in all of my work with her the last two years. Her response time is amazing. It's like her phone with texts and emails is always by her side. On top of that, she is so smart and experienced in handling rentals and renters both. She knows what to look for before it happens. If you own rentals in the Canon City area you would be crazy not to call Kim first! Her and her team will take care of you.

Kim Martin is a very professional Real Estate agent/broker! She was able to sell my commercial property in Canon City very fast …. In few days mine is under construct at Full Price!! Wow… easy to work with and very quick in responding my questions plus she was able to get the ads professionally designed and got tractions so quick and many potential buyers want to see the property… it’s closed within 30 days! She was also my property manager handled my properties before it’s sold few days ago!!
