This office does not return phone calls or take customer concerns seriously. I have been trying to schedule an appointment to sort out issues with my girlfriend’s employer sponsored Simple IRA (I know, who uses these anymore anyway). Absolutely no callbacks. When you call during normal business hours, half the time Jodie, the office admin, doesn’t even answer the phone. If you know anything about Edward Jones in general, you know to stay away. Any person who is willing to work in this business for what EJ pays their advisors isn’t worth your time or money.

Horrible. Don’t put a cent here. Educate yourself and look through out the internet at why Edward Jones gets bad reviews. High fees and Hidden/ not disclosed fees. Horrible website for customers. Condescending advisors that don’t listen to you. Run Away!!!!
