RESPONSE to Owner: Yes, its our family. Thank you for confirming your "mistakes". When we asked you to fix your mistakes, you refused to amend our return after you submitted incorrectly, you then refused to amend (fix) and the tax deadline had passed so we paid late fees to the IRS. You are the tax "expert" not us. )We are still working on the tax mess created by them for incorrectly doing our taxes and submitting them without our knowledge while we waited on further tax documents to provide to them. Of course then they lied about it and claimed confusion. Thank God for emails and cell phone records. They stated we owed the IRS , of course based on their incorrect filing, we paid the IRS. But of course, turns out we did not owe the IRS the IRS owed us. Go somewhere else.

Ron has been doing my taxes for about 20 years now..maybe longer. He has always been so knowledgeable about taxes and I can call him throughout the year when I have questions. Ron is awesome and I highly recommend him. Shawna is pretty darn awesome too!

Went to Ron with a unique tax problem, and I ended up owing a lot due to my stupidity! What struck me was I went in the next day and Jerrod ( my preparer) and Ron were still thinking of ideas to reduce my tax! They took it home with them in their head!!!!!
