One of the proprietors, Coach J was extremely helpful, thoughtful and considerate; going out of his way to accommodate a special request to purchase day passes for Christmas Day (purchased on Christmas Eve). One would never experience this level of service at a chain gym, nor would it be expected at a private gym. I would leave I rating higher than 5 stars if I could; highly recommend!!

AlphaGainz is an amazing gym with great staff/coaches who focus on helping you learn proper technique for lifting. I just went through their 6 week program and have seen great improvement in myself and my strength. I am usually only there in the morning, so can only speak for that time, but it's never super crowded and I don't have to wait for any equipment. I highly recommend this gym if you're looking for friendly staff, great equipment and excellent coaching to help you meet any fitness goal! Thank you AlphaGainz for being so awesome!

Best Gym in town. They have everything you need nothing more. 24hr service. I go at 3/4 am before work. Absolutely love it here. If you’re looking for a tight knit community, good trainers, a private gym environment. This is a place to go.

This gym changed my life!! I went in very timid and unsure of myself, and very uncomfortable in my body after having 2 kids. I joined the semi-private group and later, the fitness challenges and through it all have not only lost over 22 lbs of body fat, but gained almost 6 lbs of muscle and a solid foundation of how to workout and what equipment I should use. I’m confident in the gym now, but most importantly, I’m confident in my body for the first time in my life! I never thought I’d ever become “someone who goes to the gym,” but here I am 9 months later, still showing up for myself because of the coaches, the program and the nutrition coaching, too (their app makes it so easy!!). I feel if I was able to this, literally anyone can. I never ever thought my body type could be lean or athletic, but I’ve learned so much during my time at Alphagainz and the trainers really do care about you and helping you succeed. My mental health has also soared from fitness as well! I feel like a new person because I basically am!! If you want to change your life, this gym is for you!! 💪🏼

I was a part of one of the semi-private weekly training classes offered on a quarterly basis and it was one of the best things I’ve ever done. Coach Ken puts together an awesome plan that delivers IMMEDIATE results! Coach Jay and Coach Dante are awesome guys to help coach and train you on a day to day basis and they push each person the best way needed for that specific individual. They adapt to the person and don’t try to force fit you into the program. I would highly recommend anyone to join! The regulars there are great and really provide a team friendly atmosphere. Only reason I can’t go anymore is that I moved away!

Best gym ever! Coach Jay and Ken showed me how to lift without hurting myself, showed me the best options for supplements, and pushed me in the best way possible to help me get in shape. After I sprained my ankle and my wrist( work related) they came up with different workouts and stretches to help accommodate me. I will forever be grateful for Alphagainz for showing me how it's done in the gym and helping me get my health on track. The people who go here are also very friendly and welcoming, didn't feel intimidated or hate from any of the lovely people here. Fitness levels range from beginners to athletes. So a nice range of people just trying to better themselves. 😊

If you like functional fitness, this is the gym for you. It has basically every type of cardio machine (rower, ski erg, air bike, bike erg, curved treadmills), a long turf carpet for sled work, and every type of weight. A lot of people here are powerlifters, and everyone I've met is open to giving advice to improve your lifts. This gym is also open 24 hours per day with your key fob, so that's nice if you have a variable schedule. Whether you do your own thing or want to take guided classes, you'll enjoy your workout at AlphaGainz.
