PEI is wonderful! Their knowledge is phenomenal, and they will tell you the truth about what your business needs to stay safe and operational. They don't cut corners to save money either. Another thing we are grateful for is, they take the time to vet the programs they use, such as storage, cyber security, etc. PEI also stays up to date with the market as well! There was a better solution to a storage product we had and they where the ones that told us about switching to it. PEI cares about their customers needs and they don't leave you setup with the same stuff from when you got onboarded with them years ago! We've been working with PEI for a while and consider them a strong IT partner. They've helped us, Century Communities, with large scale deployments of Skype for Business a few years ago and most recently with migrating from Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams.

The recent Teams migration project was a particular success and PEI's ability to plan and contribute on all facets of the project (Project Management, Engineering, and Training) was a huge portion of it's success and adoption. Stephanie and her ability to pivot and do some very large scale training sessions to hundreds of end users was masterful and well received.
