Did my taxes wrong two years in a row. They did fix it but not before it cost me a point on my refinance due to time constraints. I decided to go back for a third time because everyone was so nice only to find out it was almost $50 more than previous years. After asking Mr. Puckett if he thought that was right to charge me even more money than last year after costing me a point on my loan he said he should have charged more and didn't need my business. I will not use them again even though the staff is super friendly.

Although they went up on their rates, I have used them or over 15 years and have absolutley NO bad expeiences with them. Highly ecommend them.
