Working with Operato has been a unique experience and one I am very glad to have taken part in. The sessions function similarly to a counseling session, but the directness in nature of identifying specific problems and creating strategic and actionable goals to solve these problems is different from any other sort of counseling or therapy I have done. Carl shows a natural curiosity which has facilitated easy discussion of issues I am facing and has prioritized understanding where I am coming from before proceeding towards creating action items.
