Our school has forced us to use this app and it is terrible. There are fees for transferring the money that you earned, but it is unclear what they are or when they are applied. The website nor the app are user friendly. I am not against change, but this company is not the answer unless they plan on completing some major changes to assist the users. Also, if you want to talk to a person, think again. An email is the only way you will get assistance.

This software makes it so unbelievably difficult for you to withdraw your money. They have almost a 5 day process just for you to withdraw your money. Absolutely horrible when you need in now and not in 5 days. Definitely do not recommend. I recommend you stay away from Dragonfly.

Possibly the worst software I have used in five years. Lots of redundant entries- you have to enter your health insurance information 3 times and student name 7 times. If any of the software programmers worked for me they would be fired! The fact that schools use this software tells you how bad or educational system has fallen!

Do not use the company. For what ever reason the state school system went to this app. The school system paid this company who deposits it in their account. Then you must request your money be transferred to your account utilizing a confusing and unfriendly system to get your money. It takes a minimum of 5 days for them to deposit it in your account after you request it. If you figure in a holiday or weekend it can take up to two weeks for dragonfly athletics to pay you.

Customer service is a joke. The app customer service "chat" takes days for a reply. Any emails to customer service "support" go without a reply.
If you are a school sports ref, umpire, or security good luck getting paid.

* FYI a bad google review gets a reply 99x faster than customer service process!

Terrible Customer Service! Have been working with Jelsey for a week attempting to have an issue corrected. Should be simple. Either get “stock” replies or very little helpful information. Hope all employees there are mor helpful than Jelsey!
Attempting to contact any other person at DragonFly to work with…impossible!

Not really impressed with the unknown. I went to a presentation. I'm not sure if it's the company or the representative. The rep at my presentation was named Clint...he speaks as if we're not customers...almost as if we aren't important to the company. I just received a bad vibe.

Dragonfly is an awful and incompetent company. I have been trying to get my W2, but I keep being told to "wait longer" for the accounting team. I email them every few days, to keep it top of mind, but I get the same answer to "wait longer." I would not recommend this company for anything.
