I’m not even sure where to start with this review because Tracy and her team (Bailey and others) are absolutely incredible. From the very beginning, they were 100% dedicated to our family and our goals. They’re not in it for themselves—they truly care. Tracy went above and beyond to make things happen during one of the most stressful experiences in life: moving.

Tracy and her team know the Evergreen and the Front Range area like the back of their hands—no one knows it better in our opinion. With over three decades of experience living, buying, and selling in the area, we felt completely confident in her expertise. We weren’t actually looking to move, just exploring our options and checking out the market. Tracy was completely honest and transparent with us the entire time.
