I really enjoyed what I learned in my session with Jess. The integration practice that she shared with me had a real impact. I was able to find direction and peace for a decision I am making. I was able to understand why I was feeling torn in two different directions and to see those motivations as valid and valuable parts of myself that will not be neglected either way I go.
