I am not a client of Mark's, however I have been his assistant for a few years. I think Mark is filled with so much knowledge surrounding nutrition, anatomy of the body, programming, and more. He is such a great teacher. He has taught me some really wonderful things that not a whole lot of people know. He also is such a wonderful Trainer. He really takes the time to learn about people and their needs. He then spends the appropriate time to figure out how he can help each client, individually, based off what he learned and what they have going on. He never rushes through the process. He cares so much and wants to be able to help as many people as possible. It is his passion. I highly recommend going to Mark for nutritional needs, orthopedic needs, programming, Strength training, and all other needs that people have related to health and fitness.
