This was a perfect place to take our parents for their 64th anniversary! Everything they needed was on one level. We were close to town and RMNP entrance and yet we felt isolated in nature. Nice quiet neighborhood with lots of wild life. The house was clean and the whole process was easy even for someone who is technology challenged. All the upstairs beds were very comfortable but the couch pullout downstairs needs the mattress replaced. We took a queen size blowup mattress because I read a previous review that suggested they changed it. They haven't yet but everything else was wonderful. We had a truly marvelous time and hope to come back!!

The home is exceptionally clean and spacious. There is plenty of sitting room for everyone. It's conveniently located near downtown Estes as well as the entrance to RMNP. We've stayed here multiple times and always enjoy it!

I recently stayed at PMI Estes Park's Three Pines location. The location was excellent as it's conveniently located to be in a quiet, peaceful setting while being very close to everything happening in town and RMNP. The cabin was beautifully decorated, comfy and fully equipped. It was great for our family of four adults and two young children. PMI was easy to book through and they were very responsive when I followed up to ask about a pack and play and other information. The strict 4pm/10am check-in/check-out is something prospective renters should be aware of and my only piece of negative feedback - it would be nice to have a little bit of flexibility (we had to wait outside for about an hour when the cabin was clearly fully ready and getting out by 10am exactly with young kids is tough and you get locked out at 10) without having to pay an extra $100-$200 for early check-in/late checkout. All said, I highly recommend PMI and specifically the Three Pines property for any Estes Park vacation.

We loved this cabin rental, there were amazing views better than the photos show, the house was very clean, the furniture was beautiful and good quality, and everything was easy to use. The essentials provided were plenty for our stay, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, and paper towels. We have regularly encountered that we are only provided enough for maybe a day which then has us running out to the store quickly to pick these things up which is not the first thing you want to do if you’ve driven 20hrs to get here! The hot tub was wonderful and very clean as well. My kids loved playing in the entertainment areas in the basement and watching the constant herd of turkeys that surrounded the house! I also have to mention that anytime I had to get ahold of PMI either by phone or email they were great to work with. When we first arrived we had a (user) issue with the key code and they answered when I called and resolved it with me on the phone in less than 10 min. Great company and great accommodations, would absolutely stay here or in another one of their rentals in a heartbeat!

We stayed 3 nights at Thatchtop Mountain and it really exceeded our expectations. The home was completely furnished with comfortable beds and furniture. The cabinets were stocked with anything you could possibly need and the hot tub was the perfect touch! We loved our evenings in the hot tub watching the stars. We also loved the mountain view from the deck during the day and the beautiful sunsets! We even had some elk greet us at the entrance one day. The only thing that would have been nice is a binder or something with information regarding check out instructions, local attractions, restaurants, etc. We loved this home and can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at Rivers Edge. The house was nice and had everything we needed. My family rented the house next door. It was the same layout but slept one less person and our house had a bigger deck. My problem with PMI is that we paid over $1300 more than my family! If I would have known that before hand, I would not have rented our house. (I did agree to the price up front so I know I should have done more research) PMI response was it could be a different owner. But almost $200 per day is crazy. So just do your research before booking.

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home! Instructions for check in and check out were clear and easy to accomplish. The book of recommendations was a great touch. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay and more! Spacious bedrooms and plenty of room for us to hang out in common areas in the evenings too! Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a cozy stay in Estes Park, in a great location!
