I have had the experience of retaining Jen as my realtor as both a buyer and as a seller. I selected her 3 years ago to find us a house because she came highly recommended. She did a great job in a tough and competitive market at the time. Very easy to work with and knows her stuff. Unfortunately, due to job relocation, I needed to sell the house and there wasn't anyone else I would want as my realtor. Professional, enthusiastic and proactive, Jen asks the right questions, knows her markets and comes prepared. She is a terrific communicator, personable, and so easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Jen to represent you whether you are a buyer or a seller - she will get it done and you will have great experience.

We had an amazing experience with Jen as our selling agent. We were preparing for a move out of the country in July. I was feeling overwhelmed and was dreading the prospect of selling our home. After my first meeting with Jen, I felt totally reassured and comfortable that she was going to get us through it. Some of the things I most appreciated about our experience:

• She did a very thorough job explaining options to us and clearly laying out the pros and cons of each so that we could make informed decisions that were right for us
• She made recommendations (most of which we went with) but she also respected our opinions and decisions.
• We needed to address some things in our home to get it ready for selling. Jen recommended contractors to us, who all responded back in a timely manner and did a great job for us.
• We were out of the country before we put the house on the market. Jen went above and beyond coordinating everything that needed to be done after we vacated the home.
• We tend to over-think and ask questions. She was very responsive and understanding whenever we needed something or wanted to ask a question.
