We had moved to Broomfield about 10 years ago. Our estate documents were out of date and heard about the Germany Law Firm from some friends. We interviewed the firm and were very impressed with the professional staff. The Germany Law Firm thoroughly explained all the options available to us, who were in the mid 70's. The law firm set up a Trust Agreement that has proved to be the right decision. What a great office with a great legal staff!

Ms. Germany handled my will and trust flawlessly. It is hard to make all of those decisions and she was very helpful. When my husband died suddenly she helped me thru the worst time of my life and took care of all the estate issues which was a huge burden off my mind. I have referred many people to her over the years and all have been more than pleased with her excellent attention to details, her genuine care about her clients, high level of knowledge about complicated issues and professionalism.

Susie has always taken care of my concerns to the ultimate degree. Susie is a down to earth hometown girl. No pretenses, personal and caring. Susie was a schoolmate of my daughters. No professional connection. All of you at Germany law firm, keep up the good work.

The people at Germany Law Firm are really great and hard working. I learned a lot and think they are really knowledgable about elder care law. I would hire them again for that specific thing. I had asked them to find someone to audit my accounts, and when I asked to see the work I was never given a single file, or shown any sort of proof that any work was completed. I paid them a lot of money to do perform an audit and create a spreadsheet system I could work off of, and despite demanding to see their work, they refused to show me and said they needed more paperwork from me (just more of the same stuff to keep adding to their "spreadsheets". With the constant stream of paperwork I receive I was not interested in continuously paying someone to keep my records, and had in fact, not requested that at all. I wanted someone to show me how I could keep my own records and give me some spreadsheets to use to help me stay organized). I was let go as a client of Germany Law Firm because of this, and I didn't resist, as I was not seeing the work I was told was being completed, and no one was listening to me about what I was actually wanting out of this. I received nothing for the thousands I paid to their auditor, and it was a complete waste of my money and time. If there was a communication error I understand, but I wish they had just told me they didn't offer what I was asking for instead of pretending like they could and never delivering a product. **I wouldn't have made this review if they hadn't emailed me asking for one.

Working with The Germany Law Firm to prepare a Special Needs Trust was a bad experience. The worst part of it was trying to get a recommendation as to a Trustee to hire to eventually take care of my two disabled sons.
My wife and I were told that in order for Germany to properly prepare a Trust Germany would have to consult with an Ohio specialist attorney as my children live there.
Many months ago I asked for a recommendation as to several good Trustees to interview. I was given a generic list of nine Trust Officers/ Fiduciaries in Colorado with zero information as to which by Germany’s experiences were good ones to use.
I was sent information on a Trustee to use in Ohio only to find out that this organization wasn’t a Trustee but a non-profit that oversees Trustees.
Seeing I wasn’t going to receive help from Germany Law I asked for the attorney they used in Ohio. I thought that at least an Ohio attorney would be able to recommend a Trustee to use in Ohio.
I’m guessing that Germany Law never really used a law Office in Ohio as promised as they over the passage of months never supplied me with that name.
Through my own work I found that a non-profit Trustee that Susie Germany was a member of the Board of Trustees. When I messaged Susie with the acronym CFPD she didn’t recognize it. I found out that not only that I didn’t need two Trustees one in Colorado & one in Ohio like Germany had said but CFPD could carry out the total task of taking care of my finances here but take care of my disabled sons in Ohio.
Although I wound up with all the documentation that I need, it took a lot of work by me to accomplish this. Germany should have done this and done so in a timely manner.
