Are you aware of the tax fraud and human resources neglect Clotheory Studio owned by Khiember Whiscamp has put your business in many small claims and IRS claims regarding the business conducted with this company in Denver, Colorado. I would suggest being thorough with any employee documentation with this company as the W2 i recieved from Obsidian HR did not present my true employers name but your name as my employer.

I’m an employee of a small business that uses Obsidian. My experience has not been a good one.

Today I logged into my HSA account to find all of my information had been updated to an employee with a completely different company.

I had the Name, DOB, address, phone number & email of someone I didn’t even know.

Several of my other coworkers can’t even log into their accounts as their passwords and security questions were changed.

I hope my information wasn’t also shared.

Obsidian admitted fault advising it was a data upload error but have not fixed the issue so far. The whole experience has left me unsettled and worried my data is not being held securely.
