Jared is great! Our family has bought and sold with Jared a few times now. He always knows where to go in regards to schools, neighborhoods etc. Our last home purchase he actually showed us a neighborhood we had never even heard of and after months of shopping around and being picky we actually chose the neighborhood he originally suggested. He knew us better than we knew ourselves. Will work with Jared again as our needs change.
