I found working with Dr. Pollard to be quite valuable both personally and professionally. Our engagement started with a thorough examination of my natural abilities in various domains of thinking. This was accomplished through an initial assessment and a comprehensive battery of tests. After the evaluation and an informative debriefing, we built a plan around how I could perform at my best. Working with my strengths and around my weaknesses, Dr. Pollard provided strategies unique to my specific inherent skill set and cognitive abilities. While some of what we covered were standard productivity practices, much of the coaching was tailor-fitted not only to my style but work situation, enabling me to gain a level of mastery regarding my work that likely would have proven elusive without the one-on-one interaction from our coaching sessions.
