ACCU started off strong when they took over managing our building- lots of communication and they were kind and helpful. Since it’s been more time, it seems everyone I interact with has an attitude and is annoyed with our requests. We’ve had a major building issue for over two months and every time I reach out about it, I feel dismissed. I get a lot of attitude when I email Daisy, and Josh is our manager who doesn’t seem to understand or empathize with the severity of our issue. A lot of my emails are never even responded to.

We had a wonderful Experience today at ACCU OFFICE .

We were having a ton of problems getting our request forms for painting , roof replacement and window replacement! I was at my ropes end and finally called the office. Made an appointment to meet with Diana so she could help us!
Let me tell you! SHE WAS AMAZING ! We left the office with all the request forms approved! I can’t give enough positive reviews for her!

This is my first time dealing with an HOA as a homeowner, and I must say: way to set the stage ACCU. Where do I begin…

I’ve owned my unit at the Paris condominiums (The Lobby, brunch spot) for 11 months, and it’s been more than enough time to gather the level of incompetence and/or sheer apathy this ‘property management’ company has to offer.

Our block (22nd, between Arapahoe & Lawrence) remains the only one in the neighborhood that still has homeless living on it 24/7.

The owners at Great Divide brewery were proactive and put up fence barriers along the whole block on their side of the street, which has caused the homeless to now double their congregation on our side.

Now the alley behind our building is a literal running scene out of The Wire. I woke up the other morning to a dumpster on fire. Leaving my building, I’ve been followed, threatened, and constantly have to play hopscotch through human feces, needles, and trash just to get to my car.

Needless to say, this is a major safety issue to the property and its residents.

Multiple pleas from multiple homeowners to ACCU to do something have resulted in NOTHING, with their only response being: they’re not responsible for the sidewalk or alley… while we constantly have people trespassing into our courtyard from the alley.

Aside from that, this building has very minimal upkeep: courtyard, cleaning of tiny lobby area & 1 hallway, yearly swamp cooler maintenance. So handing over +$430 per month per unit for what very much feels like nothing, pains me to the core.

I’m at the point where I’m going through the process of filing a report with the CO Department of Regulatory Agencies, the BBB, requested a meeting with our Board of Directors, and consulting with counsel on other options.

I feel addressing this major issue is an inherent responsibility of ACCU to keep the residents & our property safe, and we will see if the above parties agree.

She took time to help us figure out how to navigate through the website so that we could add an additional user along with how to make one time payment through the website when our auto enroll payment did not go through.
