The Inner Compass Process is a fantastic resource with a step-by-step approach to learning what changes can help you feel more fulfilled and satisfied with work. Hunter coached me through this process. I can’t say enough good things about her. She is professional, kind, and a fantastic listener. She really listens to everything I’m saying and is able to understand and get at the core of what it is I am saying, sometimes before I even know what it really is I’m trying to communicate. Since she was able to understand me so well, she was able to provide me with good takeaways. She also asks great questions that help reveal more insights.

I started going through this process with hardly a guess on what I may want to do next. The Inner Compass Process helped me get very clear on what my values are and what talents I want to be utilizing in my next job. Hunter and I talked together about some jobs that involve these values and talents and now I know which job I want to pursue.
