I've had 3 or 4 sessions with Melove over the past year and each time I'm blown away at how effective her treatments are and also at the speed at which I start to notice improvement and relief. Immediately after a session I'm in a much calmer state and this is with me entering in at a high level of panic & despair. Later into the evening I notice more improvement and by the following day my mental and spiritual state resumes to an even higher level of functioning than my normal.

At first I wasn't sure if hypnosis would work especially when instructed to visualize because imagery is not a strong point of mine but each time I've been pleasantly impressed at how I enter a deep state of relaxation so much so that my head falls and a couple times I woke myself up snoring.

I've also had a handful of sessions with Halen the hands on energy healer at Inner Soundness and strongly recommend her services as well. These two ladies I'll forever be grateful for, they were able to rapidly pull me out of some really dark times and I appreciate how they've been able to fit me in for short notice appointments. Although I now live overseas, I'm relieved to know I can still utilize their services via virtual appointment.

Okay so I've been trying to figure out how to start this review for a few weeks now lol. I was super hesitant financially to try this out for anxiety, emotional trauma, BPD , CPTSD, depression and a whole bunch of complex issues all mixed together wondering if it was even going to work. I did do hypnosis for smoking before so that's what made me go for it anyways ! I will say that Melove is the BEST hypnotherapist I could ever ask for. She is sooo funny and personal and sweet and brilliant. I did 6 sessions and my anxiety that has literally run my ENTIRE life is gone. My insecurities and mood swings have diminished, I'm not so angry anymore, my relationship has drastically improved and I hardly have any negative thoughts about myself ! I'm a complex person so I continue to listen to recordings every day because I am always a work in progress. But before I started to now, I am a completely different person. And the more I keep doing self hypnosis from recordings from her sessjons the more I see gradual change in my thinking and triggers and outlook on the world. I would not have felt so at peace without Melove and I am forever grateful for her tools that I'll have for the rest of my life. Highly recommend 10/10 if you are struggling with so many deep rooted subconcious issues that you're unable to reach, because this really works! I would go forever if I had the money to because her sessions and relaxation techniques are almost addicting and it feels so good to feel good and free of pain and anxiety! Thank you so much!!!

Working with Melove has been an amazing experience from day one. I had been putting off therapy for years because the thought of sitting in a room and talking about things over and over again wasn't something I was too keen on. After the initial meeting with Melove to see if this would be a good fit, I felt right at home. Like reconnecting with an old friend who understands me better than I do myself at times! I was really quite genuinely impressed with my hypnotherapy session with Vincent and with the Inner Soundness experience. Everything went quite naturally and smooth. It was my first time with hypnotherapy and I’m definitely looking forward to future sessions. I have trouble with my concentration and memory and that was the main focus of the session. Vincent was able to put me in a relaxed hypnotic state of mind and then really help strengthen and reinforced my ability to remember through subconscious suggestions with the specific subject matter. So far I’m very pleased with the outcome.
