After my experience with Brad and his firm I would not offer my recommendation. I paid Brad to complete a NNN reconciliation for a building I own, once it was completed and he was paid I could not get him to return any emails or my phone call. If he did want my business, he should have told me that in the beginning before before agreeing to do the work. I had to pay another firm to do it right.

Wondering if Brad's buddies came through with the reviews. I find it hard to believe he has enough kind personality to respectfully interact with someone so much so to go the "extra mile" In my personal experience I would not recommend my community to go there. Seems like you're offered water, attention or you're greeted appropriately and perhaps have follow up calls, and all their extra mile attention if you're of certain zip codes or come from a substantial amount of business. Brad seem bothered by our interactions, as I learned he was on his way out of town for some wedding or honeymoon knowingly that my paperwork sat in the corner of their office for sometime for which I was going to need to file late since no one seemed available at the time to provide me with call backs or follow up calls to go over the provided documents. I felt the prodigy cpa was too busy for my little self employed small business years ago, and could careless about my desperate cry for help. Filing taxes it's a very invasive and personal process in my opinion, it's important to have a consistent humble person to handle such process with care or a business that carries their interactions the same with every customer
rather than selectively careless for some and phenomenal for others. Needless to say I went through so much painful amendment filing, and in trying find someone the last min. Ended up with Brad because the person I used prior to him had sadly left the company.

Love that Brad is willing to plan tax strategies out instead of being reactive. Industry built to be reactive and that can only do so much. Brad was a referral from a friend and he has been an awesome resource. For example, he allows you to easily schedule a consultation (1 hour) at pretty much anytime.
