Called multiple times to try and schedule an appointment, they never answered the phone, I left a message, they called back while I was unavailable a few days later and left a message saying that "I wouldn't be the best fit for their services", because in my message I mentioned that I need quarterly tax help. However that was not the only service I needed, I needed multiple monthly services but since they never answered the phone when I called, and just assumed that "I wasn't a good fit" I never got to actually talk to a person and explain what I needed.

Based on the multiple 5 star reviews, I hope that this is just an unfortunate circumstance, but I'm very unpleased with their posture towards customer service.
