I've had the pleasure of working with MES for nearly 4-years and have nothing but good things to say about them. I oversee two distinct properties that are each certified to several ISO standards. If it weren't for the Management System interface that MES offers my job would be so much more difficult. I am able to generate and retrieve detailed reports that satisfy our government management, keep track of compliance and conformance, craft operational controls, and so much more. The management and development team are extraordinarily responsive to support requests in addition to being receptive to recommendations for system enhancements.

I worked with Management and Engineering Services for my company's Environmental Management System so that we could meet and conform to the ISO 14001:2015 standards. I was trained and mentored by Melissa DeCino who was patient and thorough. With her guidance, we were able to pass our annual audits for three NPS properties. As the (former) Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator for LMNRA Guest Services (Lake Mead RV Village, Willow Beach Harbor, and Temple Bar Marina), I highly recommend MES, and their EMS. They are knowledgable, friendly, and willing to help. I am now proficient in EMS and confident in my skills because of their services.
