Jacob, Tre, and Samuel were very informative, efficient and personable! They got our fiber installed very quickly and professionally. The team worked very well together and communicated with each other and made the install quick and seamless.They even stayed to setup the wireless mesh equipment and answered all questions. Jacob offered to help setup our security system and gave me his number in the event I needed any assistance with our network. These men definitely deserve a bonus and pay raise! We have used UIA for years. They have never let us down. Service and support teams are knowledgeable and responsive. We had to add additional services at our warehouse, and they were great at getting it installed for us. Today I had a technical question and within minutes I had a call back explaining in detail what we needed to do on our end. Will continue to recommend and support them as much as possible.

When canceling my Internet with this company that had many issues I emailed multiple times to remove my card from auto pay and send me the invoice of the cancellation fee final bill so I could have the new service provider pay. But after I emailed I got an invoice saying my card was charged for over $1,000. This person quickly did the transaction after I started multiple times they did not have my authorization. My ultimate choice to cancel was because the price and service. My Internet service with this company frequently would stop working. I called and I advised I would like a technician to come troubleshoot because it's not working but they wanted me to do the troubleshooting..which is fine but I have no clue what any of that is. I'm the only one working in my office as the sole owner. After they kept asking who set it up originally and if there is a staff member that is our computer tech. I told them I'm a one women show. I want an Internet service provider that will help make my Internet easy and I understand outages but not as many as we could get. When I inquired about canceling and the fee they quickly offered me a cheaper price. Why was this never offered before? And is this being offered to new and all existing clients? They offered me a price of $99 so if you have a contract for more I would call to adjust. I'm glad spectrum came to my area off of vineyard in Ontario in the office buildings. Now I have another option to try for Internet with a lower price tag and best thing out of it all there is no contract. I asked the representative to reverse the charge made this morning and they said it was automatic but I told her before she processed the transaction..anyone in business knows there is a way. The person just wanted to charge my card apparently to get my money? I asked for a reversal so the right person can pay the cancellation fee, which is the new Internet provider. I haven't heard back yet and will report to my bank and BBB shortly because I don't think this company should do this. They also emailed me saying the other service provider wasn't going to work well. I understand that they're trying to keep business. But I think it's up to the consumers to decide. If you're considering getting Internet from this company I would do your research and shop around.

When we first signed up years ago, we were paying $240/mo for 20 mbps. But in reality, you probably get 8-10 at the best. That’s fine, since we used it for transactions only. On top of that, my customers were complaining about calls being dropped left and right.
When the contract is up, spectrum came along and offered 500 mbps for half the price. It’s a no brainer. We switched, and were told on the phone by UIA that we have to pay the remaining terms, which equates to $2,000+. Was completely shocked that nobody ever discloses that the contract gets auto renewed once the term is completed. Nothing was mentioned during the signing of the initial contract, and not when it gets renewed. We tried to argue and ask for clarification, their answer is “it’s in the contract many times” and you signed for it. Only thing we can do is upgrade your speed for free! Uhh, no, we just signed another contract.
After that, they started bombarding you with the final bill. And eventually take you to court.
I don’t just give it a one star for this, credit is due where it suppose to. They have some nice people there (technicians). But when money is in place, they will make sure that they suck you dry.
Yes, I could have just pay and move on, but I showed up to court in the hope of seeing Wes (supposedly their CEO), and wanted to let him know that his company is doing the clients dirty, and I can’t stand a company that are being this dishonest. Little did I know, you don’t even need to be there yourself. Still a great experience though!
Oh wells, don’t worry UIA, I’ll pay. But just have to let it out and let your future customers know that it’s better to read through the contract before committing to your establishment.

UIA has been great. I work from home full time and rely on fast internet service with little issues and they have provided me that. When there is an issue which is rare Jacob is my go to. He goes above and beyond and has provided me his direct number to call him anytime I need anything.

I like to thank Ruby, Ann, Aubrey, Jacob, and the rest of the staff and workers in the field for an incredible job actually outstanding their service was impeccable and their product is the best I get the best Wi-Fi you can get at a very fast speed. The workers were very prompt in coming and didn't incredible job like I said and Ruby and her staff followed up to make sure everything was fine with me I wish it is it's better than ever and I recommend this to everybody this company and their product and all their workers for doing a fine job. My experience with UIA was absolutely fantastic. Sean was on the phone with me for a substantial amount of time, figuring out our problem and assisting in resolving it.
