I don't even know where to begin with how amazing our experience was with this hotel. First off the front desk was so accommodating and helped us any way we needed. The "Swiftie" up front was so sweet and talked with my kids, and they enjoyed it so much. Joseph and Mark with the shuttle service brought us to seaworld every time we wanted to go and picked us up instantly when we called them. So nice to talk to and very respectful towards my family. |The rooms were nice and very clean. ||The Grill Restaurant was 5 stars!!!!! We ate there multiple times during our stay and every time the service was some of the best I have ever had while dining at a restaurant. Roxy was AMAZING whoever is in charge of giving raises please give this lady a big one!!!! She made our restaurant experience out of this world and tended to us like royalty. My kids can be needy at times and she gave them everything they asked for without thinking twice!!! ||I seriously can keep going on about all the positive things we experience but we would be here a while if I did! If you are looking for a hotel, don't question it, just go here you can thank me later!!

We had our baby shower there and loved it, Asia was a huge help. The help and cost was reasonable compared to any stone oak experience. Had an amazing breakfast, fair price and all you can eat. Laura is a great server and host. Only bad side was the rooms heater was loud due to the cold air outside. Other than that it was a great experience. 9.5 in my book. Planning on another stay.

Best breakfast of any Holiday Inn we have ever stayed at! Roxy was so nice and made sure we had fresh coffee and juice. She brought us made to order eggs when the buffet warmer was broken. The buffet had lots of fresh fruit and condiments for every breakfast item you could want. Absolutely delicious! Roxy, Sonia, and Del are all super nice and took such good care of us and the other guests! Thank you!

We had an absolutely wonderful breakfast experience thanks to the amazing service provided by waitresses Lorena and Laura and the delicious food prepared by Chef Joe. Lorena and Laura were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their warm smiles and professionalism truly set the tone for a pleasant meal.

Chef Joe’s creations were exceptional—every dish was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. You could tell he puts a lot of care and skill into his work. Whether it was the fluffy pancakes, perfectly scrambled eggs, or crispy bacon, everything was spot-on.

It’s not every day you come across such a fantastic team. Thank you, Lorena, Laura, and Chef Joe, for making breakfast such a delightful experience. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the stay here. April did her most to ensure we were happy with our accommodations and had a stress-free stay. All of the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The bar had good food and drinks. Thank you all for making our stay the most pleasant my family and I could experience!

As a new member, it was an okay experience. I thought I would have better perks that what I received. I had to call Guest services a few time for a clean up, which took for ever even when housekeeping was in the area.

The breakfast was not included and that wasn’t explained very well. The shower head needed to be reattached, but the room

should've been thoroughly inspected before occupancy.

The choices for the TV channels were unacceptable, most were Audio only. I couldn’t enjoy that.

The surrounding area is great for other food choices outside of the hotel.

I would stay again but definitely address some items prior to getting any rooms.

The property was meticulously maintained and elegantly decorated for the holiday season. The staff members were exceptionally courteous and attentive. The room was spacious and immaculate, providing ample comfort. Notably, they took the time to fold a hand towel shaped like a stingray with two Hershey kisses on it.

I highly recommend this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. Wonderful customer service (front desk, restaurant, house keeping... everyone). They had free shuttle to and from Sea World which was less than a mile away. Breakfast was amazing and the price was extremely reasonable. I will definitely stay at this hotel when I return to San Antonio. Thank you for making our mini vacation a wonderful experience!
