Lisa is a wonderful coach and a very kind person. She worked with me for about four months during a difficult career shift. My initial goals shifted somewhat once I started a new job, and Lisa was so quick to adjust her coaching method. Lisa is very well versed in multiple coaching methods, making her a great resource for anyone wanting to make improvements in life and work. She knows when to listen and when to ask more probing questions - our time together was very well-spent. We attempted an alternative coaching method once, that while not necessarily the right technique for me, during our session I felt very grounded and safe.

I had an unexpected reaction to a TSA checkpoint and discovered it was connected to some childhood trauma. Lisa helped me discover coping mechanisms to address the fear and discomfort that was coming up when I was going through security at the airport. I now have no reaction when I apply those tools. What I really appreciate about Lisa is that she has a deep and diverse toolbox and she pulls just the right tool out for my unique situation. I highly recommend her.

My first experience was a workshop on the Science of Willpower. The path the class took was unexpected, delightful, and insightful. Each person in the course had a completely different focus. I received a objective perspective, in an area I could not see myself. The value of the coaching was far beyond the topic and very life affirming.
