I have been working with Coach Patricia for a couple of years now, and honestly couldn’t be happier. She has helped me grow financially, has taught me to learn more about myself. I have learned patience, persistence and accountability. I have also learned to relax and think twice before making spontaneous decisions. Anxiety and depression is real and coach has helped me through this!

So as a person who is constantly growing, I dont know know where to begin. My experience with Patricia has had an impact on my life since I've met her. The advice and guidance I got from her has helped me better myself mentally, emotionally and physically. I am who I am today because of her help. A few of the take aways I got out of many, was having the great mentality and a positive attitude no matter the situation. Where do I start! I made a choice to better myself & regain my true identity. After a traumatic event I didn’t think I would find myself and see anything “ half full “ always half empty. This journey has been an experience I would call as a roller coaster. The emotions that you will go through is insane . The mental clarity that you get with her and her techniques is beyond me . Not once did expect the change and what was more satisfying was the people around me who noticed it everyday in me. Thank you Patricia for the life changing experience.
