Strategic HOA is great! I am very grateful to Ian Marksbury. Every time I send emails to him, he responds immediately.

Ever since I moved to Green Valley, I was short of gate remotes, and also the old ones couldn’t work well. Last month, Ian helped me replace them with new remotes. He also tested and activated the new ones by stepping in my home several times.

Strategic Realty Group works there business completely centered on assisting the homeowners association to provide for the owners. They thoroughly review all financial data and association guidelines. The home owners in the development that I speak to are so thrilled with the changes that are implemented. The communication between Strategic Realty Group and the owners and manager are always done within 24 hours which is unheard of in this industry.
