The bus ride was wonderful and the staff and drivers were excellent ! What I did notice is that when they assign you a seat that means nothing but you do get a real nice bus ride where ever they put you ! Some of the electrical outlets throughout the bus do not work at all ! The bus needs (cleaning) on the electrical outlets and on the stand behind the seats and a few seats are badly stained ! The toliet is not flushed with water so if some real nasty person goes in watch out ! Other then that everything was great !

The bus from Miami to Houston arrived an hour late without notice or updates. It supposedly arrived 5 hours late than scheduled at the destination with no weather implications whatsoever that made me miss my connecting bus from Houston to Dallas. Service was okay but needs more customer driven. 5 hour delay is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. The routes also need to be well planned. Would use this service only as a last resort. I gave a star since I reached by destination alive

The customer service is horrible, the staff at the office in Homestead are disgusting rude, the bus was delay 7 hours. The way the answer the phone is like their prior job was en el Mercado de su pueblo, so ordinary and ghetto worst experience ever .. DO NOT TRAVEL WITH TORNADO

Was supposed to reach my destination by 7:30 pm didn’t get there until 1:36 am 6 hour almost 7 hours late no weather problem whatsoever nor a breakdown BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE beware
