Sharon and her partner Britni were amazing. They did so much more than expected. We started looking at houses with about 8 months ago. About 6 months ago we met Sharon and her team. From the start they were not pushy and over bearing realtors, like the normal ones you get. They weren't blowing up my email and my phone with houses that were not what we were looking for or out of our price range. Around 5 months ago I realized there were some items on my credit that needed my attention in order to purchase a house. Knowing this Sharon and Britni continued to show us houses as though we were ready to buy at anytime. 3 months ago we walked into a house in Fallbrook, we knew it was the one right as we walked in the door. Sharon and her team were just as excited as we were on that day. But that excitement was to be spoiled due to issues on my end. The entire time I was working on fixing those issues, Sharon was working her magic on her end. She was able to utilize her large network to extend escrow for me. Once everything was fixed she pulled off some extraordinary feets and got us a brand new roof and no closing cost or any escrow fees. They were very patient and amazing to work with. They brought me into a new neighborhood and have made me feel so welcome and like family. Me and my family not only have our dream home thanks to them we also have new friends and neighbors. 5 stars is not enough for what they did for us.
