I got an update that locked up my computer could not use keyboard or mouse. Called Steve and he came out to my house and spent several hours trying to fix the computer. Finally he removed update and the mouse and keyboard worked. He was very reasonable and I highly recommend Central Valley PC to fix your computer. I heard about him from a local resident who had a friend fix his computer best reference. Best part Steve knew what he was doing unlike a lot of the so call experts at the brick and mortar stores.

I honestly can not say enough good things about BOTH of my experiences with Steve and Central Valley PC. I own two PCs and both were on the blink. Steve fixed the first one for $75 and it has now been working like a champ for weeks. I had two other shops quote me triple that, and one that told me to simply junk it. Good thing I called Steve. After my initial experience, I had full confidence that he’d repair the second one in similar fashion, and he didn’t disappoint. This time I had a friend who owns a repair shop tell me my screen needed to be replaced, along with other major issues. Yet again I was advised to trash it, and yet again Steve’s second opinion saved me time and money. All he did was fix the repairs my “friend” neglected, and had the computer running like new in a matter of days. I can not tell you how honest and trustworthy this guy is, and I’m honestly not sure how he pays his bills considering how reasonable his prices are. I will not let a friend or family member go anywhere for computer repairs other than Centaral Valley PC.
