We used Japan Holiday for 3 different transfers while in Tokyo and all were excellent. Each driver was very professional and helpful with our luggage. They were also very prompt and very safe drivers. Working with Melinda to arrange everything couldn't have been easier. We organized a conference in Japan and used Japan Holiday for our group. We had a full-day Tokyo tour with Terry (aka "Teriyaki")—while a bit hard to hear over the PA, he was very knowledgeable and shared great insights about Japan's history. Japan Holiday also handled all our transportation to various activities smoothly, with friendly, punctual drivers. Lydia was a pleasure to work with, always responsive and efficient. A big Thank you shout out to James at Japan Holidays who helped us plan our complete transportation for 8 people covering various cities around Japan. We had reached out to several travel companies with our specific needs and nobody was able to respond timely or accommodate our specific itinerary or quotes were very expensive. James accommodated our requests for transportation as per our itinerary happily and the quote was very reasonable. Once we reached Japan the service was timely, well organized and everything went smoothly. I booked a transfer from our hotel in Tokyo to the cruise port in Yokohama, and was very happy with the service they provided. They were easy to communicate with and I received and email the day prior and WhatsApp message from the driver the morning of the transfer. Our driver was friendly and punctual. The van was clean, big and comfortable and fit our group of 4 with all our luggage. I would highly recommend, and will not hesitate to book with them next year when we return to Japan for another holiday.

I booked a private shuttle for my family this past October for a sightseeing day trip from Osaka to Nara. The booking process was quite easy. I emailed William (California office) a rough itinerary and he responded immediately with a quote. Note that Japan Holiday’s price was less than half of what their competitors quoted.
After confirming the booking and payment, the Japan office took over communication with me. I sent them my WhatsApp information and the day before our daytrip Japan Holiday messaged me the driver’s contact information. We were picked up at our hotel lobby and the driver took us on our trip. He even walked us into one of the venues to help us communicate (our Japanese is quite poor) with the staff.

Overall, we had a great experience and I would highly recommend using Japan Holiday.

Everything about our experience with Japan Travel was 5-star and I can fully recommend their services without any hesitation. The booking process was easy and straightforward and a detailed confirmation of our booking was sent immediately after payment. The prices were perfectly correct for the services provided. The drivers and cars were amazing. We booked the services to meet us from a cruise ship arrival at Tokyo and then drive us around to the sites we wanted to visit. We felt like film stars. The drivers were able to park and wait for us in the street, were constantly available, and this enabled us to use an Airbnb well outside of Tokyo for a more authentic experience of Japan. The seats in the car were soft leather and like business class seats, being fully reclinable with footrests and armrests and the Sun roof was wonderful. The follow-up, and management of our booking by Lydia was absolutely outstanding. She communicated with us clearly and was always immediately responsive. The whole experience was outstanding. This is, without doubt, the best way to visit Tokyo and surroundings. The next time we are in Japan we will not consider any other company for our travels.
