Never give this company your credit card info. They financially abuse elders! They pretend like they are going to give an answer for only a dollar. Then they charge you $40 and after that, it is $60 a month. How can they legally put good reviews on their own site?! No other site has good reviews for this disreputable dishonest company!

Be careful with those thieves! They give you a consultation for 5.00 dollars and then you end up paying 46.00 extra without your consent! I fell into that trap because I didn't look at the ratings first. Plus they are not lawyers and the same information they give you can be found on Google! Thieves!

Never give your credit card to this place because years later they start charging you without being a member . Be very careful.
They still owe me $55. Even I am not a member there. But the doctors are good and answer your medical questions .
except you can’t trust the company and this is the biggest problem. They destroy the doctors capabilities. It’s a big scam it’s very difficult to call and contact the billing office.

My dog ate our inside fall arrangement of Bittersweet, after which I found out it was poisonous to dogs!
A call to my vet put me in touch with Poison Control for Animals.... while on hold for several minutes, an online search brought me to JustAnswer.com.
After a few steps, and a $5 fee, I was in touch with a wonderful Vet, who put me at ease, gave me steps to follow, what to look for, then followed up with a text that summarized everything we discussed.
It was a GREAT experience, and I've already told several friends & family members who are pet owners!

This company is a scam and ripoff! I was lured in by paying a $5 trial but once I signed up, I was charged the full monthly fee of $30! I contacted customer care and was paired with a supervisor/rep with the name of Sean Axzel. This guy was very rude, short and unprofessional. I asked him repeatedly why their website mentions a $5 trial AND that it’s FULLY REFUNDABLE but then charges you the full monthly amount and he could not and would not address it. He kept referencing their terms and conditions and that their monthly membership fee is $30. He flat out refused to answer my question and then disconnected the chat on me. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company.
Steer clear unless you want the monthly membership.

Yes this company will outright steal your money! They tried to steal $46 for a membership never mentioned when I agreed to a one-time $5 charge. Definitely scammers, disguised as people who pretend to help. Stay away.

This company is a scam. Do not get involved with them. They give the wrong answer. They say they're going to charge you $1 and then charge you the same day for a $46 subscription. I contacted them and explained the situation and they refused to return my$46. If I had known they were going to charge me $46 I would not have asked them a question. Especially since their answer was wrong after diligently researching their answer. Stay away
