I have asked CID MANAGEMENT solutions through my community board members for just a simple acknowledgment of their actions and their part in blocking communication between homeowners and board members, and they refuse to even acknowledge and provide a simple apology and we will do things better in writing. CID Management Solutions has been my community's property management company for about 2 or so years now. I bought my house 4 years ago. We had a wrecked vehicle with a completely spiderwebbed windshield that was parked in visitor parking spots (moved a few times to a different spot) for well over two weeks. I sent multiple emails to my property manager and was ignored. I asked for the contact info for my board president to ask why a wrecked vehicle is parked on the property grounds for the last 2 weeks and CID Management Solutions refused to provide me the information. It came to the point that I asked so many times that I began to refer to my HOA board as a "secret society." I have pictures and the emails to prove it!

In return and response to my emails asking why there is a wrecked vehicle on the grounds I received an email a week later , yes 1 week later from my property manager (Catherine) stating that my wooden farm style screen door that was installed 4 years ago and approved by the former HOA company was not within standards or color.

RETALIATE MUCH? RETALIATE MUCH? RETALIATE MUCH?

Yes, my property manager from CID Management Solutions, Oxnard CA retaliated against me for filing a complaint about wrecked vehicles being parked on the property grounds. If you want a management company to own your world and own your life in your own home with the money that you as the homeowner pay CID Management Solutions , Oxnard CA that ALSO pays their salary then hire CID Management Solutions, Oxnard CA!! If I had the choice I would definitely FIRE CID Management Solutions, Oxnard CA. I wonder if the city of Oxnard business license division might want to know this.... Unethical Business Operations!

I don't think this is legit company. I can't get a hold of a supervisor to complain to. They won't return calls. They wont email back. And i keep getting late charges on my account even after all the payments are on time. They keep changing the amount on the HOA payment causing my account to get charged extra for the late payment. This is so frustrating. I thought the HOA payment was supposed to be the same all the time but this guys change it every other month. Keep your business away from these people. I don't recommend them at all.

Beware. This company charges late fees on purpose. I got a letter from them 3 weeks after a change was made to the HOA payment. The result, now i have to pay late charges from their mistake. This isn't the first time this has happened. This is the 5th time. And they do it to the whole building. This is not a good company. My building is a mess. They won't address the main entrance door which keeps being broken into by a recurrent theft steeling our mail. If you're looking to hire this company to "manage" your business good luck. No results, No service, No integrity.

Connie is THE BEST!!! She always returns calls the same day and is so patient answering questions.The turn around time is 3 to 5 days and I have never had to wait 5 days. The upfront fee is very reasonable. I love working with CID Management Solutions.

This is a really poor property management company! Your HOA members and Community Residents will NOT be appropriately represented or heard! Take your money to a credible company that will support your vision for improvement and community respect!
