Worst management company! Extremely un-organized and the president Chris Alapont needs to go back to training on complex management, diversity and culture awareness. Avoid this company at all costs and they should have their license revoked. No need to respond CEO, unless you can handle criticism.

This HOA is the most unprofessional Association I have ever had to deal with. This could be the best neighbourhood to live in if it weren't for their unfair and over limited regulations. Their parking restrictions are outright ridiculous. Security gives out warning tickets for cars that even have parking passes!! I totally agree with Pete Johansen! Changes need to be made immediately.

OMG! Someone finally said something about this company. In addition to what Pete said, I also had issues with this company. The CEO needs to throw in the towel. One word sums it all up: "Misappropriating". This company needs to be micro-audit!
