I have had a mixed experience with 7L Holdings. On one hand, I've encountered significant issues with their service/product, which have been frustrating and time-consuming. Despite multiple attempts, these problems have not been fully resolved, which has impacted my overall satisfaction.

However, it's only fair to mention that amidst these challenges, there has been a bright spot: Fabiola, their Remote Assistant. Fabiola has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and understanding throughout my interactions. She consistently goes above and beyond to assist, showing genuine care and professionalism. Her efforts are the main reason I'm willing to work through the issues rather than turning away completely.

I hope 7L Holdings can match the high standard set by Fabiola in other areas of their service. If they can, I believe they have the potential to offer a much better overall experience.

She is personable, articulate, bright, tenacious and persistent - helping me keep in touch and following up with my leads and database - and doing the heavy lifting.
