Our RV needed a new windshield, 1st Class Glass made the process with insurance so easy. David, Adam, Nathan and the entire team did a great job. We left with smiles on our faces.

I've been trying to contact them for a couple weeks to schedule a windshield replacement. I have left messages and sent texts. I haven't gotten a peep. I guess they are too busy to bother.

*Update*

After this post I got a call that day. I know how busy they are, and I try to acknowledge that. They just need to make sure to check phone messages at least one per day.

Changing my ranking to 4 stars.

Best place to stay close to the Tiffin Service Center. Figure a way to get some glass work done and you can stay here to get all the other work done in Red Bay. Clean and level sites. He just added 10 more FHU. He also installed our Magneshield.

Great service. This is our second windshield and it's like night and day from the first. If you need a windshield it's worth the drive and they even have a campground. Excellent service and extremely friendly staff. They take pride in there work

Only pull through sites in Red Bay. And David Hester is awesome. Backing sites are ok. It's just easier to pull in before disconnecting the tow.

Great business and staff at 1st Class Glass. Located across from the Tiffin factory. We had to have windshield replaced on our Allegro Bus twice. After the wonderful experience we received last year, we knew where to return to replace the windshield again. Adam and his staff are friendly and professional. I recommend 1st Class Glass!
