I had high hopes for the process, but every interaction with staff lets me down time and time again, over the last 6 months. You have to chase them down, and the “Physicians Assistants” give conflicting information…

Placed an order for supplements over a month ago. Still haven’t received. Customer service is useless. They said 1 of the 4 supplements are on back order - they never notified me of that and because 1 out of the 4 supplements were out of stock they didn’t ship the other supplements on the order. But they certainly had no problem charging my card. You can never speak to anyone in customer but only leave messages with a receptionist that no one ever returns. Their customer service email goes unanswered. This place is a scam. Super disappointed in Gary Brecka. Go elsewhere. Their genetic tests can be found cheaper at functional medicine physician offices. Do your research.

I used to support Grant Cardone and look up to him. He bought-out my building and jacked up rents to unobtainable rates and force me out of my desired area. Majority of the previous tenants who I built connections with also left in disgrace. I dont recommend 10x properties at all.

Previous Review and rating is a one star. Here is what I wrote for the reason.
I paid 150 for a seat in section 4, and I cant hear a thing because of the terrible acoustics. It sounds like Charlie Brown’s teacher. And because it’s hard to hear, people are talking so loud to one another. I am hoping day 2, you tell each speaker to Slow their words down so they do t sound jumbled together and you fix the sound.Otherwise, there are thousands of people who can’t hear what is trying to be said. I included a video of the sound. Please fix and I will change my rating otherwise, I just threw 150.00 a way on a ticket, paid teachers to cover for my absence, drove 5 waisted hours and spent 880 on a hotel. Deeply disappointed with this production. Let’s 10x a better sound system

Fast Forward to the second day:
I walked in ready to hate the day again. Then I saw curtains hung to muffle the echo. I was impressed! Even better was Russel was on stage again! I thought nice touch! I will be honest with you. I came for John Maxwell. I have one if the hottest yoga concepts in the country and have owned a studio for 6 years called Florida Power Yoga. I didn’t know who Grant was nor any of the other speakers except for Sarah Blakey. I was incredibly impressed with the presenters and how sincere the Cardone’s were. I retired as a chemist at 38 and thought what should I do. I never took a business course in my life and wanted to open a Hot Power yoga studio for real people not Zen-y lululemon people who were fake. I researched best everything from floors to heat and benchmarked 180 studios in 3 years. I created a studio that I am going to spread throughout the world. I operate like Jessie and Sarah combined. Your conference gave me what I needed to know on how I can make a chain bigger than Orange Theory and Cross fit together! Thank you for putting up curtains so we could hear and thank you for hosting such great speakers. I love your wife and her energy! If you need a pro for 10X Health to sell verbal yoga classes which is how I teach, I’d love to sit down. But first I’m going to schedule a lunch with Myron Golden cause he lives in Tampa where I live and then Russel! Can’t wait to read 10x and Your wife’s book! I taught Ramsey a pose and am a huge fan but today I saw money differently. Thank you

PS: Can you offer more healthy choices of food as the food was not good and there were places outside the stadium.
