I will start by saying, this is an honest review from multiple pleasurable and effective experiences I have had working with Boca Accounting.

I came to Rich and Ted with my company that I had grown very quickly and which was in need of speedy, creative and effective tax filings. We we not only behind on filing our taxes, but also had a LOT of moving parts which many tax agents previous were not able to manage or understand to perform a comprehensive, accurate and fair tax filling for our company.

Not only were Ted and Rich willing to dive in, they were quick to pick up on how to manage and report transactions from a new industry which they had yet to deal with.

I also had some tax credit applications and fillings that I needed help with, and which I was also late on. Rich personally worked with an outside tax credit consultant I hired to to apply the R and D new industry credit and saved me approximately $1M in taxes.

Just a few weeks ago I needed a last mintue filing amended ASAP for a time sensitive business transaction I was completing. Rich told me he'd have in done it a couple days, and he was right.

I HIGHLY recommend these guys. They will not let you down.
